The Addendum of
Arise Anew Inc’s Terms and Conditions
shall be called "The Addendum".
Details of Work Order Invoice Purchased and/or Work For Hire Completed.
"Client" specific "Digital Info" is delivered through Arise Anew Services
and/or as Arise Anew Products.
Arise Anew Services and/or Arise Anew Products include, but are not limited to, Business Development, Personal Development, Business Consulting, Credit Repair Specialist, Building Business Credit, Funding Business Loans, Corporate Financing, Personal Loan App Assistance, Personal and/or Business Loan Applications, Inbound Marketing, Outbound Marketing, Lead Generation, Lead Gen Lists, Effective Sales Processes, SaaS Programs, Software as a Service Programs, Software, Customer Relations Management (CRM), Automatic Scheduling Calendars, Digital Info Products, Educational Products, Online Classrooms, Online Training, Local Workshops, and/or Career Work Opportunities.
Arise Anew Inc's Memberships, Licenses, and/or Programs all have "Digital Info" [also called Digital Information, Software as a Service (SaaS), Software, online training classes, and/or educational learning platforms] which are intertwined with one or more Arise Anew Services and/or Arise Anew Products that we offer, provide, and deliver to our "Clients" [also called Clients, Affiliates, Reps, Representatives, Associates, and/or Partners] with every Work Order Invoice Purchased or Work For Hire Transaction Completed. At the moment that Arise Anew Inc's "Digital Info" is discovered, made known, and given to the "Client" [also called Client, Affiliate, Rep, Representative, Associate, or Partner], it is considered to be a product or a service delivered and already received. There is not a way to retrieve it, bring it back, and/or pretend that it was not delivered. In this sense, Arise Anew Services cannot stop delivery of that which was already delivered to Client. Client did and receive his/her Invoice and/or Work For Hire Completed from Arise Anew Inc because the digital information was received.
For these reasons and the nature of what Arise Anew does in providing "Digital Info" [with many in the cloud SaaS packages and digital training information] to supplement the work of Arise Anew Business Consultants and Coaches, every Work Order or Work For Hire is also designated as an Arise Anew Service with Arise Anew Inc. "Digital Info" cannot be given back to Arise Anew Inc who sold it. For this reason, when "Client" asks for a partial or complete alteration, refund, and/or return of "Digital Info" already digitally delivered as Arise Anew Services and/or Arise Anew Products, "Client" already had his/her Work Order purchased and Work For Hire fulfilled. We will consider each situation and every need, purposing to bring the best support and most equitable resolve and outcome for everyone involved with any and all transactions made from, through, and with Arise Anew Inc.

I, __________________________________________[Name of "Client"], in the _______________ [City of Client] of __________________________ [State of Client], have read the Arise Anew Inc’s Terms and Conditions of Arise Anew Services for the purchase and use of the following, which includes but is not limited to, "Digital Info" [such as digital info products, software, software as a service (Saas), consulting, educational courses, coaching, training, and/or career work opportunities.] "Digital Info" is designed to assist me with my personal development and/or my business development. Arise Anew, its affiliates, reps, and/or partners shall consult, coach, and/or guide me in the development of my personal skills and my business foundation, stability, and growth. The results of having this information vary and I accept that the Arise Anew Service purchase and/or Work For Hire Agreement made with Arise Anew will help me on my journey, my development, and/or my potential transformation in areas of my personal life and/or business endeavors.
I am committed to take the steps needed and as advised according to the information shown, explained, and taught through Arise Anew Services and Arise Anew Products. If there is a request for a refund, I must show proof of my actions and activities I performed in good faith to follow the education, training, and/or steps given to me by Arise Anew. I am fully aware that the results of each "Client" are not guaranteed. Any and all aspects of a request of a partial or full refund by a "Client" shall be at the discretion of Arise Anew Business Development Management on a case by case basis.
My efforts will be guided and supported by Arise Anew Inc to Build IT Fund IT… My Business My Passion. My Signature shows my Agreement with Arise Anew Inc. I have completed "The Addendum" of Arise Anew Inc's Terms & Conditions for the Work Order Invoice Purchased and/or the Agreement for Arise Anew Inc's Work For Hire Requested and Fulfilled. Arise Anew Services and/or Arise Anew Products are ordered, delivered, and received by "Client" as "Digital Info" and software (SaaS) usually within Arise Anew Inc's training and education programs.
A copy of "The Addendum" of Arise Anew Inc's Terms & Conditions will be sent to me by email after I submit a Work Order Invoice as a Purchase, order directly through a Rep, and/or complete and purchase a Work For Hire Request to Arise Anew Inc.
As a "Client", I will copy, print, fill in the blanks, sign, take a clear picture, and/or scan "The Addendum" with my signature signifying my agreement with Arise Anew Inc. Next, I will upload and attach the signed image of "The Addendum" to the email of Arise Anew Inc's CEO, Susan Dahl, at info @ arise anew inc .com. My login and password access information will be sent to me within my email (usually within 24 to 48 hours) after "The Addendum" is signed, submitted, recorded, and acknowledged by the Business Development Team of Arise Anew Inc.
Arise Anew will follow up with me. "Client", concerning more details and my best steps towards Business Development, Build IT Fund IT Business Financing SaaS, Sales Processes, Marketing Techniques, Lead Generation, Career Work Opportunities, and/or other product or service offerings. Thank you for consulting and coaching me about my finances and my business. I give you my commitment to be willing and ready to learn new techniques and effective strategies, allowing myself to be trained and mentored by Arise Anew Inc's Coaches and Consultants, to gain wealth, enjoy my legacy, and build my empire.
